This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between YOU (“User”, “Customer”, “You”) and SAPLING CREATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. These Terms apply to the Website located at slidesdepot.com, any of its subdomains, and all digital products, files, and resources provided through it (“SOFTWARE”, “CONTENT”).
1. By accessing, downloading, or using any CONTENT or SOFTWARE from SlidesDepot, YOU acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this agreement. If YOU do not agree to any part of these Terms, YOU must refrain from using the Website and its CONTENT.
SlidesDepot may revise or modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Upon termination, YOU must delete all downloaded CONTENT and cease use.
YOU may terminate by stopping use and deleting all stored CONTENT.
Membership expiration does not terminate your license to previously downloaded CONTENT, but access to the Website and new downloads will be restricted.
15. WAIVER & SEVERABILITY
Failure by SlidesDepot to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
If any clause is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable.
16. ELECTRONIC NOTICES
