It’s got dedicated fields for date, time, location, meeting objective, attendee list with roles, and a next meeting date field (which sounds minor until you’ve sat through a wrap-up where nobody knows when the follow-up is). Each agenda item has a short description line so you’re not just listing topics – you’re giving people enough context to show up prepared.

The layout is dual-column, which lets you fit eight items without the slide feeling like a wall of text. Does it work for meetings with fifteen agenda items? Not really – you’d have to shrink things down or rethink the layout, and that’s outside what this template is designed for. It opens in PowerPoint and Google Slides. Fonts, colors, text fields – all editable. If your brand uses a different blue, that’s a two-minute fix. If it doesn’t use blue at all, it’ll take slightly longer, but it’s not buried in the file.
